I am a Counsellor and Psychotherapist offering compassionate, culturally responsive care to individuals and couples. My practice is rooted in anti-racist and anti-oppressive mental health, creating a safe and inclusive space for all clients to explore, heal, and grow.
With over a decade of frontline experience in child protection, suicide intervention, and crisis response, I bring both professional expertise and deep empathy to my work. I hold a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology (Honours) and provide therapy in English, Punjabi, and Hindi.
I work with a wide range of concerns including trauma, reproductive trauma, perinatal and postpartum mental health, anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges. My approach is integrative, drawing on EMDR, Person-Centred Therapy, CBT, DBT, and other evidence-based modalities tailored to each client’s needs.
As Clinical Director, I am committed to ensuring our clinic provides accessible, high-quality therapy that honours each client’s unique story and supports meaningful, lasting change.
